After Belgium’s departure, we must compensate Lukaku in Split for Croatia’s hero, Rakitic

Ivan Rakitic, a champion for Croatia, made fun of Romelu Lukaku after was eliminated from the 2022 FIFA World Cup on Thursday.

Recall that Lukaku spurned numerous excellent opportunities as Belgium and Croatia drew 0-0 in their World Cup group match.

Croatia finished second in Group F, behind Morocco, and will now play Japan on Monday in the round of 16, while Belgium was eliminated from the ongoing competition in Qatar.

Following the match, Rakitic expressed his joy at Croatia moving on ahead of Belgium in an Instagram story post and demanded that his nation give Lukaku a one-month holiday in Split.

Let's go Lukaku!” the former Barcelona midfielder exclaimed.
