Buhari receives the highest honor in Guinea-Bissau

President Muhammadu will receive the highest award given by Guinea-Bissau for his contributions to the country's relative political stability.

On Wednesday, Buhari is anticipated to invade the country of West Africa, where he will also officially open Avenue President Muhammadu Buhari in Guinea Bissau, the nation's capital.

In a brief statement, Buhari's spokesperson Femi Adesina confirmed that he has agreed to accept the invitation extended by Umaro Sissolo Embalo, the president of Guinea-Bissau.

The declaration added that the one-day event would highlight President Buhari's leadership on the West Coast, particularly in Guinea Bissau.

For regularly advising and inspiring their leaders on the virtues of peace, political inclusivity, integrity, and fostering a strong economy that drives collective prosperity, Buhari had won the respect of Guinea-Bissau.

President Buhari and the delegation will have the chance to meet bilaterally during their trip to Bissau.

The Nigerian President will be accompanied on the trip by the Minister of State, Foreign Affairs, Amb. Zubairu Dada, National Security Adviser, Maj. Gen. Mohammed B. Monguno (retd) and Director General of National Intelligence Agency, Amb Ahmed Rufai Abubakar.
