Buhari says that insecurity will soon be a thing of the past
President Muhammadu Buhari has said that Nigeria will soon be safe again because the Nigerian military is working harder.
This is what the President said over the weekend in New York when he met with Michael Martin, the Prime Minister of Ireland.
President Buhari said, “Over the past few months, with the help of new platforms and a boost in morale among the security forces, Nigeria has been steadily moving toward a more secure country.” We will keep working with countries all over the world, especially when it comes to technology, so that Nigeria can learn something useful.
In a statement released Saturday by his spokesman, Femi Adesina, the President said to the Prime Minister that after the COVID-19 pandemic, the world should work together rather than on its own to make more progress for all people.
