Decomposing body of missing Fulani leader Ardo Adamu is found by troops

The body of Ardo Adamu Idris Gabdo, the Ardo Panyam who was recently reported missing in Bauchi State, has been found by Operation Safe Haven troops.

According to gospelcable, the Fulani chieftain vanished on September 24 while traveling to see his family and friends in Panyam of the Mangu Local Government Area of Plateau State.

In contrast, the Army Headquarters stated in a post on its X account on Thursday that Ardo was discovered dead on Wednesday near the Pankshin – Bauchi Road in the Tafawa Balewa Local Government Area of Bauchi State.

The post claims that the deceased’s body has since been given to the family for a befitting burial.

The Army gave an explanation of how the development was made possible by the troops’ ongoing community involvement.

It promised to make sure the horrible crime’s perpetrators were apprehended and dealt with appropriately.

“As instructed by the Chief of Army Staff, the inquiry will now move forward with increased vigor to locate and apprehend those guilty for this horrific murder and swiftly bring them to justice.

“OPSH will keep working nonstop and stop at nothing to ensure the security of lives and property on the Plateau, especially and throughout the entire Joint Operations Area, and to bring the perpetrators of all evil acts to justice.”
