On Wednesday, Eletu signed the contract with the reigning Serie A champions.
The contract has a three-year term and a total value of €1 million, including bonuses.
Ted Dimvula, an attorney, and Allele Celestine, a football agent, executed the transaction.
Additionally, the 17-year-old was given a three-year endorsement deal with the renowned German sportswear company, Adidas.
In 2018, Eletu joined AC Milan as a young player.
Future first-team action for AC Milan is anticipated for the young player.
