Emmanuel Petit says Arsenal should have purchased Man City forward Neto since he doesn’t need him

Emmanuel Petit, a former midfielder for Arsenal, has maintained that Jeremy Doku should have been signed by his former team prior to his summer transfer to Manchester City.

Petit made this statement when discussing his opinions on Pedro Neto, the attacker for Wolves.

Although Neto has been connected to Arsenal, Petit feels the team does not need him.

Pedro Neto seems like a promising young player. Although he hasn’t scored many goals this season, Petit has provided seven assists, OLBG was informed.

“Neto has already participated in 100 games for Wolves, contributing 17 assists in all. He’s dynamic and a really promising possibility.

“Although he’s a talented player for his country, I’m not sure Arsenal needs him.”

“I was disappointed in City when they bought Jeremy Doku since Arsenal was an option for him! When Allan Saint-Maximin moved to Saudi Arabia from Newcastle, I had the same thought because I felt he would have benefited Arsenal as well.
