In the Plateau, masqueraders break into churches and beat the clergy and congregation black and blue

On Sunday, September 18, masqueraders broke into a in Shikal village of Langtang South Local Government Area of Plateau State.

The masqueraders ruined the church's musical instruments, disturbed the worship service, and beat the pastor and his congregation.

The devotees apparently found the masquerades' behavior shocking, but they made no follow-up counteroffensive moves.

Instead, they banded together to save what was still remained of their possessions.

According to the Gospel Cable, the incident's village's elders are acting to bring things back to normal.

Additionally, it was learned that they are attempting to solve the problem from the inside out.
