Jorja Smith, a British vocalist, recently opened up about her time spent working with Burna Boy, a Grammy-winning Nigerian artist.

The ‘African Giant’ singer’s’ penchant for freestyle rather than songwriting was deemed “sick” by her.

She asserts that Burna Boy refrains from performing freestyles outside of the studio “until it makes sense.

It is sick to work with Burna Boy. According to Smith, who was quoted by Afrobeats Villa, he was simply freestyling whatever was flowing through him till it made sense.

According to DAILY POST, the Nigerian singer’s 2019 album, “African Giant,” features collaborations between Jorja Smith and Burna Boy on the singles “Be Honest” and “Gum Body.”
