J.A. Campbell Research Award at the University of British Columbia

For the academic year 2023-2024, the University of British Columbia will give the J.A. Campbell Research Award in partnership with the Canadian Celiac Association.

The money will be awarded to an applicant who has been admitted or is enrolled in a master’s or doctorate studies program at the University of British Columbia to conduct research on topics related to the purpose and activities of the Canadian Celiac Association. Both foreign and Canadian students are welcome to participate as long as the study topic is located in Canada. Every year, the award is worth a whopping $25,000 dollars.

The deadline for applications is February 1, 2023.

The Canadian Celiac Association will provide $25,000 to successful graduate students to help them finish their studies at the University of British Columbia.
The J.A. Campbell Research Award is primarily intended for Undergraduate and Graduate students.

The number of awards is not given.

Criteria for Eligibility
To be considered for the J.A. Campbell Research Award, all applicants must meet the following criteria.

Candidates must be working on a research study involving celiac disease, dermatitis herpetiformis, and/or non-celiac gluten sensitivity, as well as the socioeconomic implications of delayed diagnosis and/or living with these conditions.
