Ferdinand claims that Foden and Saka are both being consistent with their displays.

The 18-year-old Mainoo has been a mainstay in Erik ten Hag’s starting lineup for Manchester United since making his debut in November.

His composure in the middle of the field has been an asset to Ten Hag’s team as they chase a UEFA Champions League spot.

“Just maintain consistency. If Mainoo can maintain his current level of consistency, it would be fantastic right now, Ferdinand told FIVE.

For that reason, Saka, you must love him. And that’s the reason why Foden. These people aren’t only passing fads that come and go.

Consistently, these individuals are demonstrating that this is our level, and we intend to continue rising like that.

“Kobbie Mainoo needs to see those guys and think, ‘I don’t want to be one of those who just comes in.'”
