Ministers execute an execution bond

President Bola Tinubu’s cabinet’s ministerial appointees all signed a performance bond on Friday, which they want to use to improve Nigerians’ lives as quickly as possible.

Following a three-day cabinet retreat with the topic “Delivering on the Renewed Hope Agenda” for ministers, presidential aides, permanent secretaries, and other key government officials, the bond was signed.

As he closed the event, Tinubu gave the ministers instructions to do everything in their ability to alter the course of events and provide prosperity to Nigerians.

Placing aside personal goals, the President urged them to concentrate on the nation’s advancement, emphasizing that “we have a responsibility to change the narrative” and “navigate the ship out of poverty.”

“Poverty is not a shameful thing, but it is unacceptable,” he said. It is up to you and me to steer this ship away from destitution. Without a doubt, the reason we’re here is to change the future—we represent the hopes and dreams of a great number of Nigerians. Together, let’s get out there and ensure that our nation has totally recovered from elephantiasis.

“We need to set aside our individual goals and concentrate on the advancement of our country. I feel proud to be in front of you. I am pleased with myself; I won an election when I ran for office and prevailed in a legal battle.
