The defendant acknowledged to fondling the victim's breast twice and trying to have sex with her, but was unable to penetrate her since she was a virgin, according to Justice Taiwo, who remarked that the defendant's voluntary confessional statement revealed that he sexually abused the youngster.
The offender is found guilty of sexually assaulting a kid, according to Taiwo.
“You are a teacher, and you touched your student's breast. If the victim had been in court to give a testimony, you would have received a life sentence.
